The City recommends a total lien reduction to $1,000, due to the property owner already paying <br />$4,159.04, for administrative cost and demolition of the structure. The current owner was not the violator <br />and the $250 per cases would cover City cost to date. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner was present for these cases. <br />Larry Powalisz, Helion Investments stated that if the Magistrate was going to do the recommended <br />reduction, he was fine with that. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that based on the evidence of record; there <br />were previous orders of code violations CE- 09- 01849, CE -11- 00857, CE -11 -02459 and CE -11- 02460, <br />equaling $60,861. The property owner has already <br />paid $628.37, this covered administrative cost and the owner is not the violator.
