At that point <br />either a 3rd party of the bank take ownership, if it's the bank they will get this into compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate stated at some point someone will have to take care of these violations. The <br />condition is traveling with the property. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that the property is in violation of roof <br />maintenance standards and the swimming pool code, the property should come into compliance within 14 <br />days or 8/28/ 2014, by 1pm and the fine be $25.00 per day for each violation.
