CITY COMMISSION February 1, 1993 Page 5 The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 753 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on Sunday, January 17, 1993. Mayor Hillebrandt asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or against Ordinance 753. No one came forward. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mr. Sheppard seconded, and motion carried unanimously to approve and adopt Ordinance 753 on second and final reading. The Commission was polled on the motion as follows: Mr. Sheppard - Yes; Mr. Henson - Yes; Mr. McMullen - Yes; Mr. Hillebrandt - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 754 - ZB- 92 -06, REZONING REQUEST OF PAUL RICHARDS, AVP, FOR SUN BANK (339 AND 337 MELODY LANE) MOTION: Mr. McMullen moved, Mr. Henson seconded, and motion carried unanimously to read Ordinance 754 by title only. The City Clerk read Ordinance 754 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 157 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, SAID CHAPTER BEING THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF M -1 (MANUFACTURING DISTRICT) FOR THAT PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
