" <br />The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 752 was published in the Orlando Sentinel <br />on Sunday, January 17, 1993. <br />Mayor Hillebrandt asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or <br />against Ordinance 752. No one came forward. <br />MOTION: Mr. Sheppard moved, Mr. McMullen seconded, <br />and motion carried unanimously to approve and <br />adopt Ordinance 752 on second and final <br />reading. <br />The Commission was polled on the motion as follows: <br />Mr. Henson - Yes; Mr. Sheppard - Yes; Mr. McMullen - Yes; Mr. Hillebrandt - Yes. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 753 - <br />ZB- 92 -05, REZONING REQUEST OF PAUL RICHARDS, <br />AVP, FOR SUN BANK (336 AND 337 OLEANDER WAY) <br />MOTION: Mr. McMullen moved, Mr. Henson seconded, <br />and motion carried unanimously to read <br />Ordinance 753 by title only. <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 753 by title as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 157 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED, SAID CHAPTER BEING THE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF M -1 (MANUFACTURING DISTRICT) FOR THAT <br />PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
