Reorganization of the Police Department <br />This item provides for consideration to reorganize the Police Department by reclassifying the position of Police Support <br />Services Manager (non- sworn) to a sworn position with the rank of Captain. <br />F. Resolution 15 -2710 - Purchase Agreement with Casselberry Golf Company for Purchase of <br />the Casselberry Golf Club Property and Related Budget Amendment #15 -030 <br />Resolution 15 -2710 and related Budget Amendment #15 -030 provide for approval of a Purchase Agreement with the <br />Casselberry Golf Company for the City to purchase real and personal property for the Casselberry Golf Club located at <br />300 S. Triplet Lake Drive in the amount of $2,200,000, plus closing costs estimated to be $98,105. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1424 - Amending City Code Chapter 2, Administration, to <br />establish board composition for the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />Ordinance 15 -1424 provides for consideration on first reading to amend the City Code of Ordinances to designate that the <br />Casselberry governmental body (City Commission) will serve as the Community Redevelopment Agency Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 15 -1421 - Adoption of Casselberry's Capital <br />Improvement Program and the Seminole County Public Schools 2014/15- 2018/19 Capital <br />Improvement Plan into the City Comprehensive Plan <br />Ordinance 15 -1421 provides for consideration to incorporate the City of Casselberry's Capital Improvement Program and <br />the Seminole County Public Schools 2014/15- 2018/19 Capital Improvement Plan into the Capital Improvements Element <br />of the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />
