CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 15 -2711 - Supplement No. 1 with PEC Survey and Mapping to Survey the Casselberry Golf Club Property & Related Budget Amendment #15 -028 Resolution 15 -2711 and related Budget Amendment #15 -028 provide for Supplement No. 1 to the Continuing Professional Services Contract with PEC Surveying and Mapping for surveying the Casselberry Golf Club property in an amount not to exceed $35,500. B. Resolution 15 -2712 - Waste Pro of Florida Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Rate Adjustment Resolution 15 -2712 provides for a consumer price index adjustment in the amount of $2,802.24 to Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection from April 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015. C. Resolution 15 -2713 - Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for Project PW 1501 - 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project Design/Post Design Services Resolution 15 -2713 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. to provide design /post design/inspection services for Project PW 1501 (2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project) in an amount not to exceed $187,290.25.
