Request to Amend Pre - annexation Agreement for Cambridge Oaks Billboard <br />The property owner, Prospere II Investment, LLC, of the Cambridge Oaks Shopping Center has submitted a request to <br />amend the Pre - annexation Agreement for the property as it relates to the existing billboard. <br />B. Request for Reduction of a Code Enforcement Lien - 71 N. Griffin Drive <br />Consideration is requested to reduce the Code Enforcement lien on the property located at 71 N. Griffin Drive for case <br />number CE -13 -00169 from a total lien amount of $12,875 <br />to $600, to be paid within 60 days. <br />13.
