C. Resolution 14 -2663 - Monitoring Well Easement Agreement with Seminole County <br />Resolution 14 -2663 provides for a Monitoring Well Easement from the City of Casselberry to Seminole County for the <br />installation, operation, and maintenance of a County monitoring well on City property. <br />D. Resolution 14 -2664 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related <br />Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc, for the Concord Drive Improvements Project <br />Resolution 14 -2664 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. I to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional <br />Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for <br />the design of the Concord Drive Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $121,018 without prior written <br />authorization. <br />E. Resolution 14 -2665 - Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Funding and <br />Programming Agreement and Related Budget Amendment #15 -003 <br />Resolution 14 -2665 provides for the execution of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Funding and Program <br />Agreement for $25,000.00 for the State Road 436 and Red Bug Lake Road Small Area Study. Approval of Budget <br />Amendment #15 -003 is also requested to adjust the budget to receive the funding for the anticipated expenditures for this <br />project. <br />F. Resolution 14 -2666 - Award of Bid #Y140004 and Agreement with Lafleur Nurseries and <br />Garden Center, LLC for Tree Installation and Irrigation Services <br />Resolution 14 -2666 provides for the award of Bid #Y140004 and Agreement with Lafleur Nurseries and Garden Center, <br />LLC for tree purchase, delivery, installation and irrigation. <br />G. Resolution 14 -2668 - Supplemental Agreement #13 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. <br />to Provide RFQ Process Administration Services and Related Budget Amendment #15 -006 <br />Resolution 14 -2668 and related Budget Amendment #15 -006 provide for Supplemental Agreement #13 to the Continuing <br />Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount of <br />$81,474 for RFQ Process Administration Services for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk related to the <br />development of the City Center properties. <br />H. Piggyback Contract with Lassiter Transportation Group, Inc. for Transportation <br />Engineering Planning Services <br />A piggyback contract with Lassiter Transportation Group, Inc. is provided for transportation engineering planning <br />services for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 using pricing from City of Deltona Contract #14012. <br />I. Piggyback Contract with Dunlap and Associates, Inc. for Financial Advisory Services <br />A piggyback contract with Dunlap & Associates, Inc. is provided for financial advisory services based on rates in City of <br />Deerfield Beach Contract RFP #2013- 14/23. <br />Use of Federal Treasury Trust Funds for Community Senior Holiday Dinner and Related <br />Budget Amendment #15 -001 <br />Use of Federal Treasury Trust Funds in the amount of $5,752 and approval of related Budget Amendment #15 -001 <br />provide for the purchase of necessary resources to host a community senior holiday dinner event. <br />K. Use of Federal Treasury Trust Funds to Purchase Fitness Equipment and Related Budget <br />Amendment #15 -004 <br />Use of Federal Treasury Trust Funds in the amount of $56,538 and approval of related Budget Amendment #15 -004 <br />provide for the purchase of ten strength and cardio fitness equipment for the Police Department's fitness room via <br />government contract pricing under national contract number NJPA- 021512 -LFF. <br />8.
