Presentation: U.S. Department of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Awards On behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, Florida Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Committee, the Patriot Award will be presented to Battalion Chief Ben DeCuir and Lt. Matthew Hettler of the Casselberry Fire Department, the Florida Committee Award for Outstanding Performance and Coin will be presented to Fire Chief Donald Harkins, and the Seven Seals Award will be presented to the City of Casselberry for their outstanding support of the National Guard and Reservist employees. B. Presentation: City of Casselberry 75th Anniversary Special Events A presentation that outlines the upcoming 75th Anniversary celebration held throughout the entire year of 2015 will be made by Linda Moore, Recreation Manager. 7. Resolution 14 -2662 - Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Rate Fuel Adjustment for Waste Pro of Florida Resolution 14 -2662 provides for consideration of a consumer price index fuel adjustment for Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection based on the 2013 Consumer Price Index.
