9. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 14 -2667 - Supplemental Agreement #12 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. to Provide Design and Engineering Services and Related Budget Amendment #15 -007 Resolution 14 -2667 and related Budget Amendment #15 -007 provide for Supplemental Agreement #12 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount of $590,981 for services related to the planning and engineering needed to further the development of the City Center properties. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES - None. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing.
