All incandescent bulbs in, on, or attached to any portable trailer sign shall be P. A. R.- <br />rated outdoor lamps of not more than 100 watts; however, spot -type bulbs are prohibited. Animation is <br />prohibited on all portable signs. <br />5. Required label. Each portable sign shall have permanently affixed and prominently displayed <br />the name, business address, and /or phone number of the owner of the sign. <br />6.6. Number. No more than one portable sign is permitted per premises. <br />B- C Banners, pennants balloons and streamers Grand Openings. <br />1. Banners, pennants, balloons, feather flaps, and streamers are allowed one time only for a change in <br />use or a change in occupancy of the premises from fourteen days prior to the change in use or <br />occupancy until 30 days after the change in use or occupancy. <br />2. Placement. Banners, pennants. balloons, and streamers shall be placed at the building or tenant <br />space and shall not be strewn across or placed in the parking lot or other landscaped areas. Feather <br />flags may be placed in a landscaped area so as not to create a sight visibility obstruction for <br />motorists and shall be within the property boundaries but not within ten feet of the roadway. <br />3. Number of signs. One (1) banner up to 16 square feet: two feather flags located as provided in <br />Section 3- 16.4(A): and, pennants, balloons, and streamers as can be accommodated on the tenants <br />building facade. <br />SG D. Inflatable signs. Inflatable signs shall be allowed only one time per calendar year per premises, and for <br />not more than seven consecutive days. The inflatable sign shall not exceed a height of 30 feet nor exceed a <br />maximum of 300 square feet of sign area. <br />E. Political campaign signs. Political campaign signs may be placed on private property, and shall be <br />removed within 14 days after the final election applicable to the office. <br />Ordinance 14 -1404 <br />Page 3 <br />
