Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor and City Attorney fees. The <br />applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. <br />There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address SP 13 -01. Mr. Wadley made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval to the City Commission for SP 13 -01 for the Aloma re -plat of the property <br />located at the 1815 State Road 436, Casselberry, Florida, the recommendation for approval is based upon the re -plat <br />dated October 8, 2013, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated November 13, 2013, and the <br />presentation made by staff including the 4 conditions included in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ms. Regan requested a favorable recommendation from the Local Planning Agency to the City Commission <br />for the zoning amendments (ZB 13 -02) for the subject parcels as detailed in the ordinance attached to the staff report <br />based on the findings of fact and analysis, the staff report dated November 13, 2013 and the following conclusions: <br />1. They are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. They are compatible with the surrounding mix of zonings and land uses. <br />3. They will not negatively impact the City's ability to provide services. <br />4. It is consistent with the property's MTMU Future Land Use Map designation. <br />In response to the Commission's question regarding transmittal of this information to the State, Ms. Smith <br />stated that this item does not require review by the State. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address ZB 13 -02. Mr. Wadley made a motion that Local Planning <br />Agency recommend approval to the City Commission for the zoning amendments (ZB 13 -02) for the subject parcels <br />as detailed in the ordinance attached to the staff report, based on the findings of fact and analysis contained in the <br />staff report dated November 13, 2013, the testimony presented by staff at tonight's meeting and the four findings <br />outlined in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />
