Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />June 12, 2013 <br />Page 4 <br />Mr. Sorensen said staff recommends approval of CU 13 -06 to allow a private residential dock at 526 <br />Queens Mirror Circle, the motion should be based on the staff report dated June 12, 2013, the site drawing attached <br />as Exhibit A of the staff report, the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact and the following conditions: <br />The conditional use shall be limited to the proposed dock structure. The dock shall not be enlarged or <br />enhanced in any way without the additional conditional use approval by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br />The construction and maintenance of the dock shall be in accordance with the requirements of all <br />applicable state agencies, the City Engineer's conditions of approval and the City's ULDR. <br />The applicant shall incorporate dock lighting into the plans prior to submitting for a building permit. This <br />lighting shall illuminate the entire length of the dock as required by Section 94 -6. <br />A building permit for the dock shall be obtained within 90 days of the approval and a final inspection <br />shall be obtained within 180 days of the issuance of the building permit. <br />All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Cynthia Bishop, 526 Queens Mirror Circle, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. Ms. Bishop said that the base of the dock was damaged during the 2004 and it <br />requires replacement. <br />In response to the Commission's question regarding the dock lighting, Ms. Bishop stated that there is no <br />lighting currently on the dock and she would ensure that the lighting was added to the plans. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address CU 13 -06. Mr. Hale made a motion to approve CU 13 -06 to <br />allow for a private residential dock at 526 Queens Mirror Circle, based on the staff report dated June 12, 2013, the <br />site drawing attached as Exhibit A of the staff report, the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact and the <br />conditions in the staff report. Mr. Wadley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: CU 13 -07: 922 State Road 436113Iast Studio. Conditional use request to sell alcohol <br />in a CG zoning district. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her staff memorandum dated June 12, <br />2013 (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Ms. Regan provided a PowerPoint presentation <br />(a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />Ms. Regan said staff recommends approval of CU 13 -07 with the following conditions: <br />The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 922 State Road 436. <br />
