She advised that the memorandum had been modified to include one of the steps which had inadvertently been left out of the original. She further advised that the step which was added related to the consideration of an impact fee deferral ordinance and agreement, and that the ordinance had already gone to the Planning and Zoning Commission and would be coming before the Commission for consideration in the near future. She added that the memorandum remained the same except for the addition of this omitted step. 16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT No report. Mayor Glancy returned to the Connnission Chambers at 5:43 p.m. 17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS /COMMENTS Commissioner Anthony Aramendia — Seat No. 1: Reported he had attended the recent Art & Music in the Park and Food Truck Bazaar event, and thanked Dr. Kelly Brock for his presentation about Founder's Day. He noted that the event was very well attended. Called attention to the items which had been placed around the Commission Chambers showing some of the City's history in honor of Founder's Day. Advised that volunteers from the Embassy Suites corporate offices had worked on a clean -up and enhancement project at Secret Lake Park last Tuesday. Commissioner Gene Fry — Seat No. 2: No report. Commissioner Colleen Hufford — Seat No. 4: Thanked Police Chief Bill McNeil and his staff for their actions to correct a situation involving children walking in the street on Park Avenue and on Winter Park Drive. She added that Dean Rafael Fernandez from South Seminole Middle School had also worked with the students to help them realize the danger involved in walking in the streets, and she appreciated the cooperative effort to try and alleviate the problem. Reported she attended a Sunset Oaks Homeowners' Association meeting last week to promote the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce Food and Wine Festival, but also spoke briefly about the City Center project. She added that although there were some concerns, she got the impression that the residents were generally in favor of it after hearing facts about it. Invited everyone to attend the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce Food and Wine Festival on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 6:00 -9:00 p.m. in Lake Concord Park.
