Mr. Dudgeon reviewed the memo from PMG & Associates Inc dated August 1,
2013 (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes).
Mr. Dudgeon said that a representative from PMG & Associates would be at the September 12, 2013 CRA
meeting to discuss the CRA Plan Update and to receive input from the Board. Ms. Smith said the consultant has completed some new
designs and they are now working on cost estimates. Ms. Smith said that a City Commission workshop would be
scheduled to discuss these items.
A brief discussion ensued regarding the status of the Walter Judge project. Ms. Pamela Lynch, Economic
Development Coordinator, stated that the utility easement is being reviewed by the property owner's attorney.
Ms. Lynch stated that the City has been negotiating the purchase of a residential parcel adjacent to the
City's Art House and the City is scheduled to close on that property on August 27, 2013.
