E. Resolution 14 -2564 - Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with CDM Smith, Inc. for Triplet Lake Drive Design Support Resolution 14 -2564 provides for consideration of Amendment No. I to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with CDM Smith, Inc. in the amount of $59,956 to provide additional design services associated with the Triplet Lake Drive Improvements (Signature Street) Project. F. Resolution 14 -2565 — Revised Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for the Florida Yards & Neighborhoods Program Resolution 14 -2565 provides for City Commission consideration of a revised Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for the Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Program over a five -year period at a total cost of $20,000. G. Resolution 14 -2566 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Local Agency Program Agreement for the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 Project and Related Budget Amendment #14 -011 Resolution 14 -2566 and related Budget Amendment #14 -011 provides for consideration of Supplemental No. I to a Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to increase the FDOT funding level of the original LAP Agreement by an additional $287,817 and to provide additional City funding of $293,817 for the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 project. H. Resolution 14 -2567 - Award of Bid to Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation for Construction of the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 Project Resolution 14 -2567 provides for consideration of an agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation in the amount of $1,588,458.69 for the construction of the Casselberry Greenway Trail Section 3 project. I. Budget Amendment #14 -004 - Fiscal Year 2013 to 2014 Budget Rollover Budget Amendment #14 -004 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2013/2014 Approved Budget to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that were budgeted in Fiscal Year 2012/2013 which were not started or completed within that fiscal year in the amount of $12,313,272. J. Budget Amendment #14 -010 - Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds for Purchase of Crime Prevention/Promotional Material Budget Amendment #14-010 provides for consideration to use State Law Enforcement Trust funds in the amount of $4,000 to purchase crime prevention and promotional material. City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity This item provides for consideration of the City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013. L. National Endowment for the Arts 2014 Our Town Grant Application This item provides for consideration to ratify a submittal for the National Endowment for the Arts for the fiscal year 2014 NEA Our Town grant in the amount of $150,000 with a City match of $200,000. M. Sole Source Purchase of Fire Station 21 Personnel Entry Doors This item provides for consideration to purchase replacement automatic personnel entry doors for Fire Station No. 21 from the sole source provider, Stanley Access Technologies, at a cost of $8,885. N. Budget Amendment 914 -014 - Transfer of Community Redevelopment Agency Funds to Support the Triplet Lake Drive Realignment Project Budget Amendment #14 -014 provides for consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2014 Approved Budget by transferring $30,000 from the Community Redevelopment Agency Fund to the General Fund and Community Development's Planning Division Professional Services account to support the Triplet Lake Drive realignment project. O. Purchase of Infrastructure Materials for the South Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Addition Project This item provides for consideration to purchase the necessary infrastructure materials for the South Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Addition project from five separate vendors at the total amount of $568,439. 8.
