Special Invoice Report <br />The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of invoices from Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., <br />City Attorney services for December 2013 in the amount of $19,875.26, and Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney <br />Services for November 2013 in the amount of $75. <br />B. Resolution 14 -2559 - Amending Article 33, Wages, of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent <br />Association Collective Bargaining Agreement <br />Resolution 14 -2559 provides for consideration to amend and ratify Article 33, Wages, of the current collective bargaining <br />agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association. <br />C. Resolution 14 -2560 - Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design Services for the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation <br />Project <br />Resolution 14 -2560 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for design services for the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation Project for an amount not to <br />exceed $32,959. <br />D. Resolution 14 -2563 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with ARCADIS, U.S., Inc. for Design Services for Water Main and Gravity Sewer <br />Improvements <br />Resolution 14 -2563 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with ARCADIS, U.S., Inc. for engineering design services for water main and gravity sewer improvements in the amount <br />of $235,185.90. <br />
