Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report The Special Invoice Report provides for consideration of invoices from Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney services for December 2013 in the amount of $19,875.26, and Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for November 2013 in the amount of $75. B. Resolution 14 -2559 - Amending Article 33, Wages, of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Resolution 14 -2559 provides for consideration to amend and ratify Article 33, Wages, of the current collective bargaining agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association. C. Resolution 14 -2560 - Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Design Services for the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation Project Resolution 14 -2560 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for design services for the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation Project for an amount not to exceed $32,959. D. Resolution 14 -2563 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with ARCADIS, U.S., Inc. for Design Services for Water Main and Gravity Sewer Improvements Resolution 14 -2563 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with ARCADIS, U.S., Inc. for engineering design services for water main and gravity sewer improvements in the amount of $235,185.90.
