The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3- 10.3(B) <br />• CE -11 -01288 1292 Avalon Blvd — Reduction request, withdrawn due to non - compliance <br />Roof maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -12 -02035 9 Carriage Hill Cir <br />Accessory structure maintenance 3- 10.3A(6) <br />• CE -12 -02047 9 Carriage Hill Cir — The two above cases have been re- scheduled for the February <br />meeting at the property owner's request. <br />Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the <br />following cases were being withdrawn from the January 10, 2013 Code Enforcement Board meeting <br />due to the reasons listed. <br />Mr. Henson asked if the City should continue the above cases to the next meeting rather than with- <br />drawing the cases, to avoid future advertisement. <br />Ms. Babb - Nutcher agreed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that this case be continued to the 02/14/2013 Code Enforcement <br />Board Meeting, Or to the next regularly schedule meeting. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />REDUCTION REQUESTS <br />Roof maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -12 -00577 1033 Osceola Trl <br />Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, gave testimony for the above case. This <br />property was found in compliance on 11/02/2012 due to the structure being demolished. The lien <br />amount is $3,550.00; it is the request of the applicant is to reduce the lien down to $500.00. <br />Kim James, 1910 E Robinson St; Orlando, FL gave testimony for the above case. As soon as the <br />property was turned over, Ms. James requested this be handled to get approval. The cost to have the <br />structure removed was about $7,000.00. The property is sold so the lien needs to be taken care of <br />and if it can be reduced it will help the sale on the 15th <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will <br />be reduced in this case from $3,550.00 to $500.00, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's <br />order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount.
