CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JANUARY 10, 2013 <br />violation could be corrected it was. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />NEW CASES -IN COMPLIANCE <br />Trash & debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01792 1622 Excalibur Dr <br />Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the <br />above case was in compliance by this meeting date. The City asks that a Standing Order be placed <br />on this case. Ms. Smith asked if anyone was in the audience that wanted to speak to this case. There <br />was no one wishing to speak. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent(s) in these cases were in violation of City Code as <br />charged; that the violations were corrected and recurred; and that any violation of the same code by <br />Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for <br />which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />NEW CASES <br />Designated parking, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 A(6) <br />• CE -12 -02151 1741 Lake Dr <br />Mr. Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 01/24/2013. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />Ms. Hale moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 pm. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion.
