The City asks that a Standing Order be placed on this case. Ms. Smith asked if anyone was in the audience that wanted to speak to this case. There was no one wishing to speak. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent(s) in these cases were in violation of City Code as charged; that the violations were corrected and recurred; and that any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. NEW CASES Designated parking, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 A(6) • CE -12 -02151 1741 Lake Dr Mr. Alderman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 01/24/2013. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
