CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JANUARY 10, 2013 <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — IN- COMPLIANCE, WITH FINE <br />Trash & debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01633 1084 Timberlane Trl <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the <br />above case was non - compliant by the date set by the Board and has since complied. A fine of $325.00 <br />should be imposed for 13 days of violation. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find that Respondent(s) in this case failed to correct the violation by the <br />time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order <br />and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has <br />been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify <br />compliance. The violation has since complied on 01/09/2013 and therefore, a fine in the amount of <br />$325.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3- 10.3(B) <br />• CE -12 -01682 1207 Quintuplet Ct <br />Ms. Smith, Interim Community Development Director, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the <br />above case was non - compliant by the date set by the Board and has since complied. A fine of $875.00 <br />should be imposed for 35 days of violation. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find that Respondent(s) in this case failed to correct the violation by the <br />time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order <br />and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has <br />been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify <br />compliance. The violation has since complied on 12/31/2012 and therefore, a fine in the amount of <br />$875.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. A fine of $650.00 <br />should be imposed for 13 days of violation. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find that Respondent(s) in this case failed to correct the violation by the <br />time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order <br />and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has <br />been filed by the Code Inspector.
