Resolution 13 -2476 — Casselberry Professional Firefighters Collective Bar ag inin <br />Agreement <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE CASSELBERRY PROFESSIONAL <br />FIREFIGHTERS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2476 approves the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of <br />Casselberry and the Casselberry Professional Firefighters for the term beginning October 1, 2013 and ending <br />September 30, 2015 and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the FY13 City Budget. Future impact of salary increases for FYI and <br />FYI will be taken into consideration during the budget development process for these fiscal years. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2476 and the Casselberry <br />Professional Firefighters Collective Bargaining Agreement. <br />E. Resolution 13 -2477 — Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Cooperative Purchase <br />Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. and Related Budget Amendment #13 -037 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />3 TO THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CDM SMITH AND THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES RELATED <br />TO THE NORTH WINTER PARK DRIVE REALIGNMENT PROJECT, PHASE II; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2477 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Cooperative Purchase <br />Agreement for Construction Engineering Inspection Services between CDM Smith and the City of Casselberry <br />for additional construction engineering inspection services associated with the City's Winter Park Drive <br />Realignment Project Phase II in the amount of $47,760.90. Approval of related Budget Amendment #13 -037 <br />is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #13 -037 is necessary to cover the costs associated with Supplemental <br />Agreement No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $47,760.90 without prior authorization. Upon approval, funds <br />will be available in the Capital Improvement Fund Engineering Professional Services (305 - 0710 - 541.31 -00). <br />The proposed funding agreement with FDOT may cover the additional construction engineering inspection <br />services costs associated with this supplement in the even the City is unsuccessful in its claim against the <br />contractor. <br />BA #13 -037 <br />
