The project is <br />listed as "Bike Trails" in the Public Works Bike Path/Pedestrian Trail account #001- 0410 - 572.63 -89. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2474. <br />C. Resolution 13 -2475 — Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Professional Services for Oxford <br />Road /South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />2 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN VANASSE HANGEN <br />BRUSTLIN INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING FOR OXFORD ROAD AND SOUTH TRIPLET LAKE <br />DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2475 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) for Professional Services for Transportation <br />Engineering for the Oxford Road and South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to <br />exceed $249,134.49, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: The total cost for the design/post design for all improvements is $249,134.49. The cost will <br />be allocated as follows: <br />The Stormwater Utility Fund share is $48,240.52. Funds have been budgeted in account 110- 0740 - 539.63 -40. <br />The project description is "South Triplet Lake Dr. Drainage Improvement" as listed in the FY 2013 budget <br />rollover on BA #13 -029, approved by the City Commission on 2/11/13. <br />The Water /Sewer Utility Fund share is $29,805.13. Funds have been budgeted in account 401- 0751- 536.46- <br />03. The project description is "Sanitation Sewer — Oxford Road" as listed in the FY2013 adopted budget. <br />The Capital Improvement Fund Account share is $171,088.84. Funds have been budgeted in account 305- <br />0720- 541.63 -40. The project description is "Oxford Rd Reconstruction (Kenwick to Carriage Hill)" as listed <br />in the FY 2013 adopted budget. <br />Depending on project construction timing, budget amendments may be necessary at a future date to fully cover <br />the cost of construction. For tracking purposes, this item is associated with Public Works project numbers PW <br />1302, PW 1303 and PW 1318. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />1'3 -2475. <br />
