Sole Source Purchase from Sanders Company, Inc., for Wilshire Pump Station Rehabilitation Introduction: This item provides for City Commission consideration of a sole source purchase from Sandell Company, Inc., for Smith and Loveless wet well mount pump station and installation /modification services for the Wilshire pump station rehabilitation project in the amount of $63,428. Budget Impact: Funds of $63,428 were provided for in the FY 2013 budget and are available in the Public Works Renewal and Replacement account #402 - 0751 - 536.46 -12. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval for the sole source purchase from Sanders Company,. Inc. in the amount of $63,428. K. Sole Source Purchase from Sanders Company, Inc., for Woodcrest Pump Station Rehabilitation Introduction: This item provides for City Commission consideration of a sole source purchase from Sanders Company, Inc., for Smith and Loveless wet well mount pump station and installation /modification services for the Woodcrest pump station rehabilitation project in the amount of $69,587. Budget Impact: Funds in the amount of $125,000 were allotted in the FY2013 budget rollover on budget amendment 413-029 and listed as Woodcrest Lift Station Renovation. As such, the $69,587 required for this portion of the rehabilitation is available in the Public Works Renewal and Replacement account #402 -0751- 536.63-24. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the Sole Source Purchase Agreement with Sanders Company, Inc. L. K -9 Retirement Agreement for Police K -9 "Tuk" Introduction: This item provides for consideration to retire Police K -9 "Tuk ", one of two Casselberry Police Department K -9's, and allow Officer Ali Shurdom to purchase "Tuk ", who has been partnered with Officer Shurdom since 2008. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. The purchase of a replacement for "Tuk" is being planned with the development of the FY 2013 -14 Budget.
