P11100 1. THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the day of , 2011, by and between the City of Casselbeny, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and R.G. Landscapes, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor ", for the term specified herein, with the City having the option of extending this Agreement for another period time, upon a mutual agreement of the parties, agree as follows: WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of a competent and qualified contractor to provide trees installation and irrigation services for the City of Casselbeny; and WHEREAS, the City has requested and received expressions of interest for the retention of services of contractors; and WHEREAS, the Contractor is competent and qualified to provide trees installation and irrigation services to the City and desires to provide services according to the terms and conditions stated herein, NOW, THEREFORE, inconsideration of the mutual understandings and covenants set forth herein, the CITY and the CONTRACTOR agree as follows: The Contractor is to perform the services as defined in the Invitation for Bid and amendments or addendums, if any. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Contractor is to furnish all materials tools, equipment, manpower, and consumables to complete the services. This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its execution by the City and shall run for a period of one (1) year and, at the sole option of the City, may be renewed for two (2) successive periods not to exceed one year each, for a cumulative total of thirty -six (36) months.
