P11100 <br />1. THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the day of , 2011, by and <br />between the City of Casselbeny, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and R.G. Landscapes, <br />Inc. hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor ", for the term specified herein, with the City having <br />the option of extending this Agreement for another period time, upon a mutual agreement of the <br />parties, agree as follows: <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of a competent and qualified contractor <br />to provide trees installation and irrigation services for the City of Casselbeny; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has requested and received expressions of interest for the retention <br />of services of contractors; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor is competent and qualified to provide trees installation and <br />irrigation services to the City and desires to provide services according to the terms and conditions <br />stated herein, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, inconsideration of the mutual understandings and covenants set <br />forth herein, the CITY and the CONTRACTOR agree as follows: <br />The Contractor is to perform the services as defined in the Invitation for Bid and amendments or <br />addendums, if any. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Contractor is to furnish all materials <br />tools, equipment, manpower, and consumables to complete the services. <br />This Agreement shall take effect on the date of its execution by the City and shall run for a period of <br />one (1) year and, at the sole option of the City, may be renewed for two (2) successive periods not to <br />exceed one year each, for a cumulative total of thirty -six (36) months. <br />
