Sec. 86 -336. Relief from specific day of the week limitations. (1) A variance from the specific landscape irrigation se-hedu-le days or day set forth in Section 86 -278 and Section 86 -334, T....igat; ^r Sehe ule, of the City Code may be granted by the Public Works Director only if strict application of thfft the scheduled days or day would lead to unreasonable or unfair results in particular instances, provided that the applicant demonstrates, with particularity, that compliance with the scheduled days or dav_will result in a substantial economic, health or other hardship on the applicant requesting the variance or those served by the applicant. (2) Where a contiguous property is divided into different zones, a variance may be granted hereunder in order that each zone may be irrigated on different days or day than other zones on the property; provided, however, that no single zone may be irrigated more than two days a week during Daylight Savings Time or more than one day per week during; Eastern Standard Time. See. 86 -337. Irrigation Requirements Any person who purchases and installs an automatic landscape irrigation system must properly install, maintain, and operate technology that inhibits or interrupts operation of the system during periods of sufficient moisture. Sec. 86 -338. Application of Requirements The provisions of Division 2, Landscape Irrigation. shall apply to each person and property located within the City of Casselberry. Sec. 86-337 86-339, Appeals. Decisions of the Public Works Director, in determining the granting of a variance pursuant to Section 86 -336. may be appealed to the City Manager upon the filing of a written appeal with the City Clerk setting forth the basis for the appeal within ten days of the Public Works Director's decision. However. no variance shall be granted except as set forth in Section 86 -336. Sec. 866 -338. 86 -340. Enforcement by City Officials.
