the primary source is reclaimed water, which may or may not be supplemented <br />from another source during peals demand periods. <br />(h) The use of recycled water from wet detention treatment ponds for <br />irrigation is allowed anytime provided the ponds are not augmented from any <br />ground or off -site surface water, or public supply sources. <br />Sec. 86 -336. Relief from specific day of the week limitations. <br />(1) A variance from the specific landscape irrigation se-hedu-le days or day set <br />forth in Section 86 -278 and Section 86 -334, T....igat; ^r Sehe ule, of the City Code <br />may be granted by the Public Works Director only if strict application of thfft the <br />scheduled days or day would lead to unreasonable or unfair results in particular <br />instances, provided that the applicant demonstrates, with particularity, that <br />compliance with the scheduled days or dav_will result in a substantial economic, <br />health or other hardship on the applicant requesting the variance or those served <br />by the applicant. <br />(2) Where a contiguous property is divided into different zones, a variance may <br />be granted hereunder in order that each zone may be irrigated on different days or <br />day than other zones on the property; provided, however, that no single zone may <br />be irrigated more than two days a week during Daylight Savings Time or more <br />than one day per week during; Eastern Standard Time. <br />See. 86 -337. Irrigation Requirements <br />Any person who purchases and installs an automatic landscape irrigation system <br />must properly install, maintain, and operate technology that inhibits or interrupts <br />operation of the system during periods of sufficient moisture. <br />Sec. 86 -338. Application of Requirements <br />The provisions of Division 2, Landscape Irrigation. shall apply to each person and <br />property located within the City of Casselberry. <br />Sec. 86-337 86-339, Appeals. <br />Decisions of the Public Works Director, in determining the granting of a variance <br />pursuant to Section 86 -336. may be appealed to the City Manager upon the filing <br />of a written appeal with the City Clerk setting forth the basis for the appeal within <br />ten days of the Public Works Director's decision. However. no variance shall be <br />granted except as set forth in Section 86 -336. <br />Sec. 866 -338. 86 -340. Enforcement by City Officials. <br />
