Each Police Officer and each City Code Enforcement Officer of the City of <br />Casselberry shall, in connection with his /her duties imposed by law, diligently <br />enforce the provisions of this Article. The City Manager may designate other <br />employees of the City of Casselberry to assist in the enforcement of this Article <br />including, but not limited to employees of the Public Works Department and Fire <br />Department. Any designated employee shall have the power to issue written <br />warning notices, and /or citations as set forth in Section 2 -201 et sea. of the Code <br />of Ordinances. A violation of this Article shall be subject to fines and penalties <br />prescribed at Section 86 -341 below. <br />Sec. 86 es 86 -341. Violations. <br />(1) Persons found to be in violation of the provisions of this Article shall be <br />Penalized as provided within this section of the Code.
