Any outstanding comments from the City's Fire Department shall be addressed prior to the issuance of a building permit. 10. All permits from appropriate State and County agencies shall be obtained prior to the submittal for a site engineering permit to the City's Public Works Department, 11. The property shall pass landscaping, irrigation, and photometric /lighting inspections prior to completion of the project or issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 12. The site plan approval shall be valid for one year upon approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. An extension request may be submitted prior to the expiration of this approval. 13. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the site plan shall become null and void. A brief discussion ensued regarding the location of the dumpster, the location of the front door and the type of grass to be used in the landscaping. Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Larry Poliner, RC Consultants, 617 Arvern Drive, Altamonte Springs, Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward. Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address SPR 11 -11. Mr. Aramendia recommended approval of SPR 11- 11, Yards to Go at 376 State Road 436, based on the staff report dated September 14, 2011 from Mr. Raasch to the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The Board was polled. Mr. Eric Raasch, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated September 14, 2011, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Raasch provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes).
