Ms. Tara Rogowski, 959 English Town Lane, Winter <br />Springs, Florida came forward. The Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Meadows asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />There were no final comments from staff. Mr. Meadows asked for a motion to address CU12 -13. Mr. <br />Wadley moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission's approve CU 12 -13 to allow the sale and on -site <br />consumption of alcoholic beverages as allowed by the 2COP state license, in conjunction with the operation of <br />Crystal Ballroom Rentals located at 1271 State Road 436, Suite 127. He said the recommendation is based on the <br />findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated October 10, 2012, and the 11 conditions of approval outlined <br />in the staff report. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: CU12.14: 1271 SR 436/ Bistro 436. Extension of conditional use request to sell beer <br />and wine in a PMX-H zoning district. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated October 10, <br />2012, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department), Mr. Sorensen provided a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part of the <br />minutes). Mr. Sorensen said staff recommends approval with the following condition: <br />1. The conditional use shall commence on or before November 9, 2012. <br />Mr. Meadows asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Wadley moved that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's approve CU 12 -14 to extend the 2COP conditional use for beer and wine sales in conjunction with a <br />restaurant located at 1271 State Road 436, Suite 151 -153 and approval is based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions of the staff report dated October 10, 2012 with the condition that the conditional use shall commence on <br />or before November 9, 2012. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />
