Budget Impact: The Dell EqualLogic Storage Area Network device falls within the cost estimates set forth in the approved budget at a total of $24,999. Funds are available in Information Systems account no. 001 -0151- 5513.67-03. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Interim Finance Director recomrended approval ofthe purchase of one (1) Dell EqualLogic Storage Area Network device for the purpose of establishing a disaster recovery site for the City's critical applications and data. Appointment of the Alternate Representative to the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority SSNOCWTA� Introduction: Consideration to appoint Mr. Glendon Weatherholtz as the City's alternate representative to the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA) Board is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended the appointment of Glendon Weatherholz as the City's alternate representative to the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority Board. O. Budget Amendment #12 -038 — Land Swap Settlement Payment to Central Florida Environmental, Inc. Introduction: Consideration of Budget Amendment #12 -038 to provide payment of $25,000 to Central Florida Environmental, Inc. per the terms of the Land Swap Settlement Agreement approved via Resolution 12 -2348, is requested. Budget Impact: There is an impact to the City Budget of $25,000 as the expense was not budgeted. Budget Amendment #12 -038 provides for payment from the contingency reserve account no. 001- 0190 - 519.58 -00. BA #12-038: Explanation of Request: This item seeks approval to recognize the cost of land purchase related to the North Winter Park Drive Irnprovements Project. On or about June 27, 2005, the City of Casselberry and CFE entered into a Land Swap and Credit Agreement in connection with the realignment of North Winter Park Drive. Resolution 12 -2348 authorized the execution of a settlement agreement with CFE in the amount of $25,000. This budget amendment will allocate funding for the land purchase through the General Fund Contingency Reserve.
