Budget Impact: Funding is available in Public Works Sidewalk Improvements Account No. 305 -0710- 539.63-04. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 11 -2355. G. Resolution 12 -2356 — Change Order No. 1 to the Construction Agreement with Gibbs & Register, Inc. for the U.S. Highway 17 -92 Streetscape Improvement Project "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GIBBS & REGISTER, INC. FOR THE U.S. HIGHWAY 17 -92 STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERAWLITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
