AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AS A COOPERATIVE PURCHASE FOR <br />UTILITY ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE LAKE HOWELL ROAD BRIDGE <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2353 provides for a professional service agreement with Atkins North America, <br />Inc. as a cooperative purchase for engineering design services for the Lake Howell Road Bridge Water and <br />Wastewater Utility Adjustments in an amount not to exceed $30,362.92. <br />Budget Impact: Project funds were budgeted to cover the costs associated with this cooperative purchase and <br />are available in the Public Works Distribution and Collection New Water Lines Infrastructure Account No. <br />401- 0751 - 536.63 -40. <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 12 -2353. <br />F.
