Resolution 12 -2352 — The Home Depot Foundation Grant Agreement #14729 and <br />Related Budget Amendment #12 -037 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />ACCEPATANCE OF A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,900.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF GRANT AGREEMENT #14729 FROM THE HOME DEPOT FOUNDATION FOR <br />MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS AT CONCORD CEMETERY; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2352 provides for acceptance of grant funding from The Home Depot <br />Foundation in the amount of $1,900 for improvements at the Concord Cemetery by authorizing execution of <br />Grant Agreement #14729. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #12 -037 is also requested. <br />Budget Im pact: An impact to the City Budget will be a $1,900 increase in revenue to Account No. 001 -0000- <br />366.91-00 (Contributions) and Account No. 001 - 0410 -572 -46.09 (Parks /Repair & Maintenance). <br />BA #12 -037: <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks approval to recognize grant revenue from The Home Deport <br />Foundation in the amount of $1,900 for the purchase and installation of improvements to Concord Cemetery. <br />The funds will assist with the purchase of materials for the installation of brick pavers and landscaping around <br />the flag pole at Concord Cemetery. <br />
