Including the Budget Amendment, the following Stormwater Utility Fund amounts will be available for costs associated with this project (all within Account 110- 0740 - 539.63 -40): FY 2011 -12 Line Items (Available Pending Budget Rollover Planned for December 2012) $158, 000 — Line Overbrook /S Triplet Lake Drive System $30, 000 — Line Mark David Storm Crossing $40, 000 — Line Lancelot Storru Pipe (at Roundtable) FY 2012 -13 Line Items (Currently Available) $170, 000 — Line Timberlane /Osceola Trail System $76,500 —Line Woodstream System $37,600 — Line Surrey Run / Sundown ,System $64,900 — Line Turtle Mound System to Wolf Trail $135, 000 — Line Bridle Path System $79,800 — Line Micanopy to Turtle MoZnzd $50, 000 — Line Gee Creek Lane System Budget Amendment No. 13 -001 Line Item (Proposed) $275,000 — Miscellaneous Storm Drain Components rehabilitation $1,116,800 — TOTAL It is anticipated that, with the above line items, there will be sufficient remaining combined funding to cover construction. However, a future budget amendment may be necessary should construction costs exceed initial estimates; this will be considered at the time of bid award. For tracking purposes, this is part of Project PW 91219 2012 -2013 Storm Drain Rehabilitation. BA #13 -001: Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for design costs and added areas associated with Miscellaneous Storru Drain Components Rehabilitation related to the ProiectPW 1219 "2012 -2013 Storru Drain Rehabilitation Project". Specifically, this amendment allocates funding to include previously unbudgeted components of this project proposed for rehabilitation/retrofit. The following projects will be included in this contract with CDM Smith to utilize cost savings: Marls David Boulevard, Wolf Trail and Gee Creek Lane vicinity filter baskets, Wolf Trail to Gee Creek outfall channel, Secret Way, Sundown trail system, additional storm pipe rehabilitation along Osceola Trail, and City Hall parking lot manhole rehabilitation. The remainder of the projects included in this contract have been fully funded in the FY2012 (to be included as a rollover item which will be presented for separate consideration) and FY2013 budgets. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 12 -2417 and related Budget Amendment #13 -001.
