Emergency Purchase — Winter Park Drive Contamination Remediation <br />Advised the Commission that pursuant to the City's purchasing policies, an emergency purchase had been <br />made from Ardaman & Associates in the amount of $11,399.30 for a geotechnical soil evaluation in the Phase <br />II construction staging area of the North Winter Park Drive realignment project. <br />Distributed copies of a city attorney evaluation report detailing matters on which she had <br />worked over the past year on the City's behalf and gave a brief overview of the items <br />contained in the report. <br />Noted that Chairman Henderson of the Code Enforcement Board was in the audience, and <br />reported that the Circuit Court had upheld the Code Enforcement Board's ruling on a recent <br />appeal of a case that had come before the Board. She stated that the Judge had noted that a <br />careful review of the record established that the appellant was accorded procedural due <br />process; that the Code Enforcement Board did not depart from the requirements of the law; <br />and that its actions were supported by substantial competent evidence. Ms. Reischmann <br />commended the members of the Code Enforcement Board, the Community Development <br />Department staff including the code compliance officers, and Attorney Erin O'Leary who had <br />handled the appeal for her office. <br />Reminded the Commission she had previously provided them with a detailed list of categories <br />for their review pertaining to her evaluation. She stated that document she had distributed <br />tonight addressed more general issues to be reviewed regarding the Commission's perception <br />of her and her law firm's performance. She advised that her notes from previous meetings <br />
