FOR AN IMPACT FEE <br />ASSESSMENT STUDY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2383 provides for the bid award for Request for Proposal #2012 -001 CI and an <br />Agreement with Tindale - Oliver & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $90,506 to perform a three -year Impact <br />Fee Assessment Study. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #12 -061 is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the Impact Fee Assessment Study will be taken from accumulated impact fees. <br />Approval of Budget Amendment #12 -061 will appropriate funds in the following accounts totaling $90,506: <br />#111- 0710 - 541.31 -00 - $29,506; #116- 0610 - 521.31 -00 - $17,985; #116- 0310 - 522.31 -00 - $19,062; and 103- <br />0410- 572.31 -00 — $23,953. <br />BA #12 -061 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks Commission approval to use $90,506 in accumulated impact fees to <br />pay to update a study to reconsider Recreation, Road and Municipal Service Impact Fees. The study will <br />follow several steps defined in the scope of work on a contract to be awarded to Tindale - Oliver and Associates. <br />The study cost will be allocated as follows: Road Impact Fee Fund - $29,506; Municipal Impact Fee Fund — <br />Police - $17,985; Municipal Impact Fee Fund — Fire - $19,062; and Recreation Impact Fee Fund - $23,953. <br />The scope will include a proposal to convert the Road Impact Fee into a broader Mobility Impact Fee. <br />
