Winter <br />Introduction: This item provides notice to the City Commission of abatement action to betaken by the City at <br />71 N. Winter Park Drive. <br />Budget Impact: The cost of the abatement will be placed as a lien on the property. <br />Recommendation: This is an informational item and no action is required by the City Commission. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />A. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11 -1366 - Small Scale Future Land Use <br />Map Amendment for Property Located at 95 Concord Drive (LPA 11 -23) <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 11 -1366 by title as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE <br />OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP, ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP <br />DESIGNATION OF MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) FOR THE PARCEL AS <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 11 -1366 was published in the <br />Orlando Sentinel on December 1, 2011. <br />Staff Presentation: The City Manager requested that Ordinance 11 -1366 be continued to the January 23, <br />2012 regular City Commission meeting. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Miller moved to continue the first reading of Ordinance 11 -1366 <br />to the January 23, 2012 regular City Commission meeting. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote 5 — 0. <br />
