Resolution 11 -2361 — Approval of Agreement for Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting <br />International. Inc. <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />CONTRACT WITH ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. (ACI); PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2361 provides for consideration of a Continuing Professional Development <br />Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. (ACI) to provide continuing <br />professional development management services to the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Supplements to the contract will be <br />submitted later for consideration should outside services be needed to achieve City property development <br />goals. <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended <br />approval of Resolution 12 -2361. <br />D. Purchase of Surveillance Eauinment from Federal Law Enforcement Trust Funds and <br />Related Budget Amendment #12 -039 <br />Introduction: Consideration to purchase covert audio monitoring equipment in the amount of $879 using <br />Federal Law Enforcement Trust Funds and related Budget Amendment #12 -039 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: The impact to the budget is an increase to accounts 105- 0610 - 521.56 -00 (Small Tools/Minor <br />Equipment) and account 105- 0000 - 389.90 -00 (Other Non - Operating sources) in the amount of $879. <br />
