City and County staff will work closely <br />to plan for and budget as necessary for future treatments. Although there is no specific dollar amount stated in <br />the Interlocal Agreement, the termination clause limits the City's exposure to future costs. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13-2458 and the Interlocal Agreement. <br />B. Resolution 13-2459 — Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with VHB for Professional Services for Citywide Pavement <br />Rehabilitation Projects <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />1 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN VANASSE HANGEN <br />BRUSTLIN INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERY FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION SERVICES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13-2459 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) for Professional Services for Transportation <br />Engineering to provide professional services for various City pavement rehabilitation projects in an amount not <br />to exceed $138,995, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is currently available in Capital Improvement Fund Account 305-0720- <br />541.63-40 to cover the cost of $138,995 for this specific scope of work. (This is part of the Neighborhood <br />Improvement Program funding). As the Neighborhood Improvement Program progresses into other areas of <br />the City more funding may be requested with an additional supplemental agreement request. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13-2459. <br />C. Resolution 13-2460 — Acceptance of Recreational Trail Easements from DAYPART, <br />LLC for Casselberry Greenway Trail — Section 3 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF TWO RECREATIONAL TRAIL EASEAMENTS FROM <br />DAYPART, LLC FOR CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL SECTION 3 (FORMERLY WIRZ <br />TRAIL SECTION 3); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13-2460 approves and accepts two Recreational Trail Easements fi-om DAYPART, <br />LLC for the Casselberry Greenway Trail — Section 3, (formerly Wirz Trail — Section 3). <br />
