CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 28, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 12 of 18 <br />MOTION: Commissioner Miller moved to accept the Casselberry Housing Task Force <br />White Paper Report, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />B. Board Appointments <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />MOTION: Commissioner Miller moved to reappoint Daniel Hale for a third term and <br />Andrew Meadows for a second term to the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />terms effective to January 2015; and to appoint Nathan Van Meter to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, term effective to January 2015. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote 5-0. <br />Code Enforcement Board <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to reappoint Kenneth Herron for a second term <br />and Noel Smith for a second term to the Code Enforcement Board, terms <br />effective to January 2016. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to appoint Victor Lutz to the Code Enforcement <br />Board, term effective to January 2016. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />It was noted that Mr. Lutz had not selected the Code Enforcement Board on his application and in the event <br />that he was unable to serve on the Code Enforcement Board, the Commission may need to select another <br />individual. The City Commission discussed possible deferment of some board appointments, until it was <br />determined if Mr. Lutz could serve on the Code Enforcement Board. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to appoint Glendon Weatherholtz to the Code <br />Enforcement Board, term effective to January 2016, and to defer appointment <br />of an alternate to a later time. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Miller. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />Commissioner Hufford acknowledged for the record the service of Mr. Richard Henderson, who had just <br />completed his third term on the Code Enforcement Board. <br />
