Resolution 13 -2457 — Supplement #3 to the Continuing Professional Development <br />Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. (AG) <br />and related Budget Amendment #13 -025 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 TO THE <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY TO <br />PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR `CITY CENTER'; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2457 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract between Associated Consulting International, Inc. and the City of <br />Casselberry for development services acting as the City's advisor in the amount of $94,63 8, and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Approval of related Budget Amendment #13 -025 is <br />also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #13 -025 serves to shift funding from the General Fund Contingency <br />Reserve account (001- 0190 - 519.58 -00) and move it into the Community Development Professional Services <br />account (001 - 0210- 515.31 -00). The transfer will be in the amount of $91,160.
