CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 14, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 7 of 23 <br />DATE." <br />Iltroduction: Resolution 13 -2454 approves a one (1) year extension to the current agreement with Waste Pro <br />of Florida, Inc. for commercial waste containers, hauling and disposal services for City facilities, and an annual <br />Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate adjustment of 2.2 %. <br />Budget Impact: Funds are available and budgeted to cover the City's monthly waste services in account <br />numbers: 001- 720 - 541 - 57.00, Streets & Fleet Maintenance Construction Material Disposal Fund; 118 -730- <br />534.34-00, Solid Waste Fund, Other Contractual Services; 401- 751 - 536.34 -00, Water and Sewer Fund and <br />401- 753 - 535.34 -00, Water Reclamation Other Contractual Services. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2454. <br />L Resolution 13 -2455 — FY 2013 First Quarter Budget Amendments Report <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2012 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2013; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2455 formally adopts Budget Amendments approved during the first quarter of <br />FY 2013. <br />Budget Impact: The first quarter Budget Amendment report details changes to the FY 13 Adopted Budget as <br />a result of Budget Amendments approved by the City Commission at various meetings during the first quarter <br />of Fiscal Year 2013. These changes are presented in the First Quarter Budget Amendments Summary Report <br />and reflect changes in individual funds, attached to the Resolution. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 13- <br />2455. <br />Resolution 13 -2456 — Open Burning, Multilateral Operating Agreement with the <br />Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services through the Florida Forest <br />Service <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN OPEN BURNING MULTILATERAL OPERATIONS AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES THROUGH <br />THE FLORIDA FOREST SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2456 approves an agreement with the Florida Department of Agriculture and <br />Consumer Services through Florida Forest Service (FFS) to delegate responsibility for governing open burning <br />
