Resolution 13 -2451— 2013 -2017 Voluntary Cooperation Agreement for Mutual Aid <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE 2013 -2017 VOLUNTARY COOPERATION <br />OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITIES OF <br />CASSELBERRY, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, LAKE MARY, LONGWOOD, MAITLAND, OVIEDO, <br />SANFORD, WINTER SPRINGS, THE SANFORD AIRPORT AUTHORITY, AND THE SEMINOLE <br />COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2451 approves renewal of the existing Voluntary Cooperation Agreement for <br />Mutual Aid between the cities of Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Lake Mary, Longwood, Maitland, Oviedo, <br />Sanford, Winter Springs and the Sanford Airport Authority Police Departments and the Seminole County <br />Sheriff's Office for an additional four years, which will remain in effect until January 1, 2017, and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2451. <br />G. Resolution 13 -2453 — Supporting the Florida League of Cities 2013 Legislative <br />Action Agenda <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />SUPPORTING THE LEGISLATIVE ACTION AGENDA OF THE FLORIDA LEAGUE OF CITIES; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2453 approves support of and endorses specific priorities in the Florida League <br />of Cities 2013 Legislative Action Agenda. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval of Resolution 13 -2453 <br />H. Resolution 13 -2454 — Extension of Agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. and <br />2012 Consumer Price Index Rate Adiustment for Commercial Waste Containers, <br />Hauling and Disposal Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. <br />FOR CONTAINERS, HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF COMMERCIAL WASTE FROM CITY <br />FACILITIES AND RELATED ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT BASED ON THE 2012 CONSUMER <br />PRICE INDEX (CPI); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE <br />
