City Council Work Session <br />June 25, 1984 <br />ZB 84 -04, REZONING REQUEST OF JOHN A. ZACCO <br />Mr. Campbell said the rezoning request to change from R -IA <br />(Single- Family Dwelling) Zoning Classification to PR -1 (Professional- Residen- <br />tial) Zoning Classification involves the same property, same recommendations <br />as for the Comprehensive Plan change request of John A. Zacco. <br />SP 84 -02, OXFORD SQUARE - PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT <br />The Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission on June 13, 1984,' <br />reviewed the preliminary and final plats for the Oxford Square (SP 84 -02) sub- <br />division. The area proposed for subdividing is located on the north side of <br />State Road 436 and on the east side of Oxford Road. The 18.092 acre property <br />is zoned C -1 (Commercial) and is designated by the Comprehensive Plan, Land <br />Use Map as Commercial. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the pre- <br />liminary plat and final plat be approved subject to contingencies as indicated' <br />in the Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes dated June 13, 1984. Since this! <br />meeting, additional materials have been submitted and the following contingen - "'! ": <br />Gies remain: <br />A. Preliminary Plat <br />Preliminary Plat Date - The date the preliminary <br />plat was completed needs to be indicated on the <br />plat. (Section 155.06) (Prior to Building Permit) <br />B. Final Plat <br />1. Traverse Sheets /Worksheets - Traverse sheets <br />or. worksheets are needed pursuant to Section <br />155.07. <br />2. Required Certificates - As a condition of <br />approval required certificates will need <br />to be property executed by the appropriate <br />parties. (Section 155.07, City Code and <br />Chapter 177, Florida Statutes). <br />The Planning Department also noted that there was a slight <br />difference in the legal description provided in the required abstract company <br />letter recently provided to the City, and the legal description on the final <br />plat. This discrepancy should be resolved prior to recording of the final <br />plat. Mr. Don McKenzie said this has already changed to meet compliance. <br />Mr. Stone asked if everything had been resolved between D'Lites <br />Restaurant and Oxford Square regarding ingress /egress. Mr. Campbell said they; <br />were still working on this item. <br />-3- <br />
