City Council Work Session <br />June 25, 1984 <br />Mr. Robertson asked how the sewer moratorium would affect this <br />project. Mr. McKenzie said they were going to proceed with the Shopping <br />Center Project just as if nothing had developed. He stated he felt if enough <br />pressure is placed on Iron Bridge, problem could be resolved. <br />L A ZIKE, CIW CLERK <br />L' <br />APPROVE <br />CARL ROBERTSON, CHAIRMAN <br />Mr. Stone moved that all items discussed on the Work Session <br />be moved to the regular Agenda as follows: <br />E. ZB 84 -02, Rezoning Request of Gary Holmes <br />F. LPA 84 -03, Request of John A Zacco to Amend the <br />Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Map of the City <br />G. ZB 84 -04, Rezoning Request of John A. Zacco <br />H. SP 84 -03, Oxford Square - Preliminary and Final Plat <br />Mr. Russo seconded.
