Ms. Mayweather stated that in cases 08 -01707 and 10- 01041, the bank, did not have control of <br />the property and asked to pay only administrative cost. In case 10 -02552 Ms. Mayweather asked for <br />the administrative cost plus $15,000. <br />*Please note that cases 07 -02426 and 10 -02552 are for the same violation of no building permit. The <br />first case 07 -02426 was closed and case 10 -02552 was opened after there was a change in ownership <br />after the final judgment in the foreclosure. <br />MOTION: In case number 07- 02426, Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $57,600 to $14,400, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The bank, did not have possession of the property. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Herron voted nay, all other voted aye. The motion passed. <br />MOTION: In case number 08- 01707, Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $20,500 to $5,125, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The bank, did not have possession of the property. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. Ms. <br />Hale voted nay, all others voted aye.
