and were specifically noticed of the violations and fines due to the City, Wells Fargo did not reply. <br />The City staff recommendation is to deny the request for reduction/waiver on all cases. <br />Vernesha Mayweather, Attorney for Wells Fargo, 4919 Memorial Highway, #200, Tampa, FL 33634. <br />Ms. Mayweather advised that the certificate of title was not issued until 11/01/2010, and the violation <br />for case 07 -02426 was corrected on 06/03/2011 and made an offer to pay $10,700 plus administrative <br />cost. Ms. Mayweather stated that in cases 08 -01707 and 10- 01041, the bank, did not have control of <br />the property and asked to pay only administrative cost. In case 10 -02552 Ms. Mayweather asked for <br />the administrative cost plus $15,000. <br />*Please note that cases 07 -02426 and 10 -02552 are for the same violation of no building permit. The <br />first case 07 -02426 was closed and case 10 -02552 was opened after there was a change in ownership <br />after the final judgment in the foreclosure. <br />MOTION: In case number 07- 02426, Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $57,600 to $14,400, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The bank, did not have possession of the property. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Herron voted nay, all other voted aye. The motion passed. <br />MOTION: In case number 08- 01707, Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $20,500 to $5,125, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The bank, did not have possession of the property. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. Ms. <br />Hale voted nay, all others voted aye. The motion passed. <br />MOTION: In case number 10- 01041, Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $4,850 to $1,212.50, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The bank, did not have possession of the property. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. Ms. <br />Hale voted nay, all others votes aye. The motion passed. <br />MOTION: In case number 10- 02552, Mr. Henson move that the Board recommends to the City <br />Commission that the request for reduction of lien will be denied. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
