MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 08/06/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $100.00 per day, per violation will be imposed for each day the violations continue past the aforestated date.
