MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 08/06/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $100.00 per day, per violation will be imposed for each day the <br />violations continue past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify. compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Landscape maintnance,ULDR Section, 3- 13.9(B) <br />e CE -12 -00728 432 Ranch Trl <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 07/26/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violations <br />continue past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The trailer in <br />question is parked in the very rear back corner of the property and it cannot be seen from sunset dr. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondent correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 08/062012. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violations <br />continue past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Over own property, City Code Section, 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -00767 731 Bayou Dr —repeat violation <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondents for the same violation. A fine of <br />$100.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 04/26/2012 and shall continue until there is compliance. The <br />Respondents are further ordered to Contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this <br />Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
