Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS IN COMPLIANCE <br />Trash & debris, City_ Code Section 70 -2 <br />® CE -12 -00542 1741 Lake Dr <br />Disabled/inoperable /unlicensed vehicle(s) ULDR Section, 3 -10.9 A (4)(b) <br />® CE -12 -00543 1741 Lake Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised the above cases were in compliance by the date set by <br />the Board and no fines should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's <br />prior orders by the date specified in those Orders and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the <br />motion.
