Disabled /inoperablehmlicensed vehicle(s) ULDR Section, <br />3 -10.9 A (4)(b) <br />® CE -12 -00616 501 Wilshire Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/28/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />General maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -00644 80 Golden Days Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Officer, advised this case was being withdrawn from this meeting due to <br />compliance. No motion was made. <br />Parking business related vehicle, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 repeat violation <br />® CE -12 -00689 17 Jackson Ct <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Louis Sanders, 1035 Winter Springs Blvd; Winter Springs, FL advised the Board he is aware he needs to <br />comply and as of last Friday his tenants employer gave him a new truck. The new truck has no ladder or <br />racks and when it's backed into the carport all you see is the front of the car. Mr. Sanders stated he assumed <br />that Mr. Rivera was referring to the ladder, and he was never told the ladder was a violation. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in this case were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 04/18/2012. A fine in the amount of $0.00 is hereby <br />imposed. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Accessory structure maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 A(6) <br />® CE -12 -00797 1499 Park Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/28/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
