MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/28/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The new truck has no ladder or racks and when it's backed into the carport all you see is the front of the car. Mr. Sanders stated he assumed that Mr. Rivera was referring to the ladder, and he was never told the ladder was a violation. MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in this case were in repeat violation of City Code as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The Respondent brought the property into compliance on 04/18/2012. A fine in the amount of $0.00 is hereby imposed. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
