The above location will be heard at the July CEB Hearing. Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised the above cases were being withdrawn from the 05/10/2012 Code Enforcement Board meeting due to the reasons listed above. NEW CASES Roof maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 ® CE -12 -00491 214 Wilshire Dr Trash & debris, City Code Section 70 -2 ® CE -12 -00485 214 Wilshire Dr Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondent in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 06/28/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day, per violation will be imposed for each day the violations continue past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in these cases in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondents correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 07/05/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day, per violation will be imposed for each day the violations continue past the aforestated date. Kathy Fisher, 1408 Tipton Rd, advised the Board that they are waiting for a vehicle part that is being shipped from Japan. The part should arrive in a few weeks and then the vehicle will be promptly repaired. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 07/09/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
