In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day, per violation will be imposed for each day the <br />violations continue past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The part should arrive in a few weeks and then the vehicle will be promptly repaired. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 07/09/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
