Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. A fine of <br />$25.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 05/02/2012 and shall continue until there is compliance. The <br />Respondent is further ordered to Contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. <br />Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, City Code Section 70 -2 repeat violation <br />® CE -12 -00801 120 Mark David Blvd <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case and advised the Board the <br />City was asking for abatement of the property. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith move to find Respondents in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. A fine of <br />$100.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 04/30/2012 and shall continue until there is compliance. The <br />Respondents are further ordered to Contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this <br />Order. The Board also found that the violations constitute a serious threat to the public health, safety and <br />welfare and in the event the Respondent does not correct the violation by the date set in this order, the city <br />commission shall be notified and appropriate action should be taken by the City to bring the property into <br />compliance. The City is entitled to recover its reasonable costs of such services. Mr. Henson seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Parking/utility trailers, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 <br />® CE -12 -00832 361 Hibiscus Rd <br />Hot and cold water supply, City Code Section 86 -162 <br />® CE -12 -00834 361 Hibiscus Rd <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Michael Barney, 361 Hibiscus Rd; Casselberry, FL advised that he is the tenant at this location and the <br />property owner is deceased. Mr. Barney stated he was trying to purchase the home. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 5/14/2012. A fine in the amount of $550.00 is hereby <br />imposed for 11 (days) of repeat violation. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/28/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
